We install not only the pool, but the entire landscaping around it as well. Including the pavers, irrigation, sod, lighting, and any additional elements you may desire such as fire bowls, outdoor kitchens, and pergolas. We even do entire pool houses. We deal directly with our clients, not other contractors, making us a better choice for a simple working relationship.

Our Team

Our company believes that its employees are the basis for a solid company and future. All of our employees have been or are currently enrolled in the Humber College apprenticeship program.

Safety

• We will, above all, place the safety of our customers and employees as a first priority
• All worksites and projects will be continuously cleaned and organized in a manner to reduce the risk to all involved
• Safety fences will be installed to block off all work areas after during off business hours
• No excavation will take place unless utilities have been located by the owner
• Our employees are trained to operate machinery in a safe manner.
• If ever a customer has a concern regarding the safe operation of equipment or machinery, please bring this matter to owner's attention as soon as possible
• We are fully insured and WSIB cleared. If needed please request WSIB clearance certificate at commencement of project

Procedures

• During initial call, an appointment will be made with Mark to go over your questions and needs regarding your landscape project.
• If necessary a concept drawing will then be presented to insure we are on the right track, samples of materials will also be supplied. Once concept is completed a second complete drawing with labeled materials and plants will be presented, this is when all final details and materials will be chosen.
• Upon finalizing design drawing and material choices, an approximate start time will be presented along with an approximate finish time.
• A 50%deposit may be required upon commencement and material delivery for the project. The remaining balance is due on completion of the project
• 7% GST must be added to the final cost of the project. We don’t charge GST we merely collect it!
• Weather is usually the only holdback we will encounter during construction, and we will not compromise the integrity of installation to beat the clock.
• We prefer to stay on site until the project is complete, however in some cases we may have to leave to allow other trades access to the property. This usually only occurs during pool installations. We will bring this to your attention at our earliest knowledge of the situation.
• Utility locates are to be supplied by the customer (1800 one call)
